National Literacy and Health Program, Canadian Public Health Association

Program provides resources to help health professionals serve clients with low literacy skills more effectively. The program focuses on health information in plain language and clear verbal communication between health professionals and the clients they serve.

CSAP Technical Assistance Bulletins, US National Clearinghouse on Substance Abuse

Developed by CSAP Communications and posted on the Indiana Prevention Resource Centre's website, this series of bulletins were developed to assist programs working to prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug problems.
